How do I make a payment?
In order to make a payment, please proceed to the form below.
On this form, you will be asked to provide the following information:
- Patients Full Name
- Account Number found on your bill
- Email address for payment confirmation
- Credit Card information (Please Note: We only accept Visa and Mastercard)
- Amount you will be paying to Idaho BMI.
Why is this information required?
In order to properly match you with your account, we need to have several pieces of information including the patient name and account number. We understand that this information is sensitive, however, we do ensure you that our payment gateway is secure and only our trained office staff will be able to view your information.
Your privacy is important to us. All medical and payment information is kept secure using industry standard encryption technology. Our payment portal is secured with an SSL certificate, which means any communication between you and our site will not be intercepted by 3rd parties trying to steal your personal information.
What happens after my payment?
If you provided a valid email on the payment form, you will receive an email from our payment processor for your records.
